3. Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in NPR (Nepalese Rupees).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Orders are subject to product availability.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.
4. Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed only after:
Verification call (if required)
Order confirmation message/email
Acceptance by our sales team

5. Account Responsibility

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At SD Suppliers & Decor Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged during delivery
The wrong item was delivered
There is a manufacturing defect
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
Customized furniture
Used products
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
Be unused
Be in original packaging
Include invoice/receipt
Be in original condition
We may inspect products before approving returns.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed:
After product inspection
Within 7–10 working days (if approved)
Refund method:
For COD → Bank transfer
For digital payments → Same payment method
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
5. Exchange Policy

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY – NEPAL
SD Suppliers & Decor Pvt. Ltd. offers Cash on Delivery (COD) within Nepal.
1. COD Eligibility

We reserve the right to deny COD for high-value or bulk orders.
2. Order Confirmation
COD orders may require:

Failure to confirm may result in cancellation.
3. Payment Terms

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the product.
Partial payment is not allowed unless pre-approved.
4. Failed Delivery

Customer refuses delivery without valid reason
Incorrect address provided
Repeated failed COD orders may result in restriction of COD privileges.
